What kind of maintenance and support do you offer?

QBeeQ provides full support and maintenance for our suite of products. Our clients are allocated a dedicated Customer Success Manager for anything related to Sisense or QBeeQ. We make sure our plugins are up to date with major Sisense versions, and they are constantly tested for functionality and design changes.
How do you manage updates?

We coordinate closely with Sisense’s R&D and release teams to ensure compatibility and promptly address any vulnerabilities.
Can your plugin be disabled or removed easily if needed?

Yes. Plugins can be removed at any time via the Sisense plugin directory without any lingering effects.
