The Problem
Sisense exports what your dashboard happens to look like. There's no design layer, no layout control, and no branding. Page breaks cut mid-element. Headers, footers, and cover pages don't exist. Delivering the same report to different audiences with different filters means duplicating dashboards and maintaining every copy separately. Any schedule-level filter customization requires raw JAQL scripting — locking out non-technical users entirely.
For anything going to a client or external stakeholder, that's a problem.

The Solution
QBeeQ Report Studio is a canvas-based report designer built as a native Sisense plugin. You compose pixel-perfect, multi-page reports from your Sisense dashboard data on a dedicated design canvas — then export to PDF, PowerPoint, or Excel. The dashboard and the report are independent layers. You never need to modify a dashboard layout to fix a PDF.

How It Works
Design on a canvas, not in a dashboard
Open Report Studio from any Sisense dashboard. Drag widgets onto a freeform slide canvas and resize them independently of how the dashboard is laid out. Add text, images, shapes, and branding elements anywhere on the slide. 50-step undo/redo with autosave keeps your work safe. The source dashboard is never modified.
Apply client branding in one click
Save a named brand profile for each client or project — logo, primary color, secondary color, font family, and footer text. One click from the toolbar applies the profile across the entire report: charts, KPIs, table styling, headers, and footers all update together. Unlimited profiles per workspace.
Start from a template
Pick from built-in starter layouts or your team's saved templates from the home screen. Templates carry the slide structure and element layout — data bindings are stripped so the template always opens clean against whatever dashboard you select. Save any report as a new template in one click from the designer toolbar.
Export one report for every audience segment
The filter value iteration engine lets you export your report design across every member of any filter dimension in a single operation — no scheduling infrastructure, no repeated manual exports. Select a dimension, choose your values, and download a ZIP of N individually filtered files. Each file is auto-named {ReportName}_{DimensionValue}. The dimension value also resolves in headers, footers, and cover pages so each recipient's file is self-labeling.

Phase 2 brings scheduled, automated delivery built on the same report designs you create in Phase 1.
What's coming:

Scheduled email delivery — hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and advanced patterns (first/last weekday of month). Sends fire on successful data refresh only, with duplicate send prevention built in.
Filter-per-schedule — apply different data filters to the same report for different recipient groups, without duplicating a single dashboard.
Scheduled filter value iteration — one schedule generates N personalised variants and delivers each to the right recipient or group, using the same engine as the Phase 1 on-demand export.
Viewer self-service scheduling — viewers manage their own schedule preferences without involving a Designer.
Conditional send — skip delivery when the report contains no data. No more blank reports hitting inboxes.
Pulse / alert-triggered delivery — trigger a report send when a Sisense Pulse alert fires, natively, without Zapier.
Slack delivery — reports to channels or DMs, with a summary message carrying injected live KPI values.
Dynamic email body — inject live KPI values into the email body so recipients see the headline number before opening the attachment.
Monitoring dashboard — centralized job list with a Failed status filter and error notifications delivered via an independent path, so infrastructure failures don't silently swallow the alert.
