Custom Export Options
This plugin enables any dashboard designer to determine which dashboard or widget export options will be available to viewers. This feature is very handy when one is looking to limit the export options available by default to specific users or groups, such as trial users or limited security users. With this plugin one can enable or prevent specific or all export options at both the dashboard level as well as at the specific widget level.
This is ideal when one is looking to limit the export options for viewer users, specifically with OEM/embedded deployments, when sharing with trial users to prevent them from utilising the data presented to them prior to purchasing licenses.
For dashboard export options, access the dashboard menu at the top right hand side, and enable or disable PDF/PNG export options:
For specific widget export options, within the widget editor, access the menu at the top right hand side, and within the ‘Custom Downloads’ sub menu, determine to enable or disable the various export options.

Once the dashboard has been republished these custom export limitations will immediately take into effect for viewer users.
